Hamel Metaal supplies customised products! Besides tailored advice and the machining possibilities listed below, Hamel Metaal offers you various solutions for dealing with the entire order process. Special customer requirements can be individually set. These can include specific certification, special packaging or special transportation. Through extensive collaboration with several vendors, Hamel Metaal has access to “virtual stocks”, which considerably increases the supply options.

Decoiling, slitting and cutting
At the central service centre, we carefully tailor sheet and strip, including aluminium and stainless steel on high-quality, computer-controlled machines; slit, cut and decoiled entirely according to your specifications.

Sawing
Cut-to-size plates are one of the specialties of Hamel Metaal. The computer-controlled horizontal saw benches allow aluminium plates to be sawn to a thickness of 150 mm, which also guarantees tight sawing tolerances. The following aluminium alloys are sawn from stock: EN AW-6082, 5083, 7075 and cast tooling plate milled on both sides. Brass plates (ms 58) and engineering plastics are also sawn in house.

Gutbond (composite panels)
Hamel Metaal supplies aluminium composite panels in various designs and colours from stock. These panels can be delivered sawn and milled entirely to your specifications.

Sawing
Hamel Metaal saws bars, tubes and profiles accurately to the desired length. Here too we make use of modern, high-quality sawing machines.

Special profiles
In collaboration with leading vendors, Hamel Metaal supplies (extruded, welded) special sections in aluminium, copper, brass and stainless steel. These profiles are custom designed and can be kept in stock for you if required.

Grinding, brushing and films
A modern plant grinds and/or brushes stainless steel plates and applies a film to them. Grinding can be done both single and double-sided and each side with different grain sizes of between K180 and K400. We also brush plates, from a fine to coarse texture. Optionally provided with a motif (Zondessin). To protect them during storage, transport or processing, a protective, laser or adhesive film is applied to the plates. Hamel Metaal can also supply stainless steel pipe, tube, bars and profiles in the milled or brushed versions mentioned above.

Anodising
Hamel Metaal supplies plates, tubes and profiles in a grade suitable for anodising. These can also be supplied anodised. The anodising can be technically natural in order to increase corrosion resistance and wear resistance as well as in various colours, for example for decorative applications.
